La Liga Real Betis and Valencia Eye Inter Milan’s Young Talent Valentin Carboni

La Liga Duo Real Betis & Valencia Interested in Inter Milan Youngster La Liga teams Real Betis and Valencia are interested in recruiting Valentin Carboni from Inter Milan this month, as per today’s print edition of the Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews. Despite their interest, Carboni is inclined to decline and remain at Monza.

The young attacking midfielder from Inter, currently on loan at Monza, joined the Lombard team during the summer transfer window. His loan tenure with Monza spans one season, and there is no option for the Brianzoli to secure his permanent signing.

Initially, Carboni struggled to secure a regular starting position for Monza and faced limited playing time at the beginning of the season. However, recent weeks have shown a shift in this pattern, highlighted by notable moments such as scoring against Juventus and a prominent performance against Frosinone, where he contributed with a goal and an assist in a 3-1 victory.

This upturn in form and increased game time for Carboni indicates a change in his situation at Monza. Given his limited experience in senior football at the season’s start, securing playing minutes was a primary objective. Despite initial interest from Real Betis and Valencia in signing him during the January transfer window, Carboni has decided to continue at Monza for the remainder of the season. He aims to further develop and grow under Raffaele Palladino’s guidance.
