Chelsea Considering the Sale of Armando Broja in Summer Transfer Window
Chelsea is open to entertaining offers for Armando Broja in the upcoming summer transfer window, as per information from various sources. Journalist Ben Jacobs has reported that Fulham is expressing significant interest in the Albanian striker. Wolverhampton Wanderers also have a desire to include him in their squad, although, as of now, they lean towards a loan arrangement for the remainder of the season rather than a permanent transfer. West Ham, having shown interest in Broja previously, could potentially re-enter the race for his signature.
Chelsea has faced challenges this season in converting scoring opportunities, and it appears that manager Mauricio Pochettino does not view Broja as the solution to this issue.
Having recovered from an ACL injury at the beginning of the season, the 22-year-old has been gradually regaining full fitness. Broja has started four of Chelsea’s last seven Premier League matches but has not completed a full league match this season. Across all competitions, he has made 17 appearances, scoring two goals and providing one assist.
Broja’s current contract extends until the summer of 2028, and Chelsea has placed a valuation on his services of more than £35 million.
